In 45-ish minute sessions and longer workshops, we’ll learn more about the psychology around feedback and reframe our own mindsets around feedback. We will learn some tools and systems for giving and receiving feedback with impact, and creating plans and accountability for putting feedback into action. 

We will learn about the SARA cycle and how our brain reacts to feedback so we are better equipped to flex our delivery of feedback to meet the needs of the person we’re trying to help improve. 

We’ll learn to work through the SARA cycle to better hear feedback, to ask follow up questions and understand deeply how to incorporate changes into our practice to drive results in our performance and behavior.

We’ll learn tools and processes for turning feedback into action plans with accountability for changes in performance, behavior and outcomes.

And we’ll learn to use feedback as a way to strengthen relationships, improve the performance of our teams, and create a culture of feedback in our practice and firm.
